Hi, I’m Jasmin (she/her), & I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I know that seeking support can be a big step, and it’s one that can come with mixed emotions - maybe there’s some hope, some uncertainty, or even a bit of fear. I want you to know that all of that is welcome here.

My goal is to provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can show up just as you are, and together, we can make sense of what’s happening and find pathways forward that work for you.

With a strong commitment to neuroaffirming and trauma-informed practices, I seek to co-create therapeutic relationships that are empathetic, collaborative and respectful, with awareness that trust is built over time, and what makes a space feel safe is different for different people.

Since 2010, I have been providing counselling to adults navigating a range of challenges including stressimposter syndrome, identity and shifting identities, grief and loss, suicide bereavement, trauma, relationship dynamics, work-life balance, personal development, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting Emergency Services personnel and their families.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief and loss, relationship struggles, identity, or feeling stuck, I’m here to help.

My approach

You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and insights to help you navigate challenges.

I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are with empathy and understanding.

Together, we can explore what’s weighing on you, whether it’s stress, grief, self-doubt, relationship dynamics, or navigating a major life transition.

I have a special interest in the mind-body connection and how our nervous system plays a role in our emotional and psychological wellbeing.

I love helping people connect more deeply with themselves, finding ways to feel grounded, resilient, and connected to self, even during life’s most challenging moments.

My approach integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities specific to each person’s needs. These may include: Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Expressive Therapies, Somatic Practices, Experiential Therapies, and Internal Family Systems informed parts work.

MEDICARE REBATES AVAILABLE - at Paddington, for up to 10 sessions per year with a current Mental Health Care Plan.
