With curiosity and care, we’ll explore what your body, mind, and emotions are telling you, and find ways to support you in feeling more grounded, safe, and connected.

I use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including somatic therapy, trauma-informed therapies, and relational psychotherapy, to help you move through challenges at a pace that feels right for you.

Hi, I’m Jasmin (she/her), & I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

As a Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I take a holistic, inclusive approach to our work together, considering your individual needs as well as the bigger picture of your life - the relationships, environment, and social contexts that can impact our mental health.

I offer a non-judgemental space where you can show up just as you are. Together, we can make sense of what’s happening, and find pathways forward that work for you.
